摘要

职业教育进入内涵建设、质量发展的新时代。师资队伍建设需要以专业化发展为目标,探讨培养模式转型升级的路径与策略。导入CDIO工程教育理念,进行教师培养目标、内容的创新,开发课程(项目),实现行动导向培养模式,有助于教师整体水平的提升。
        Vocational education enters new era of connotation construction and quality development. Construction of teaching staff shall take professional development as the target to discuss the path and strategy of transformation and upgrading of cultivation mode. Introducing the CDIO engineering education idea,carrying out innovation of teacher cultivation target and content,developing courses( projects) and realizing action-oriented cultivation mode help improvement of overall level of the teachers.
