经支气管镜诊治成人气道异物30例临床分析
摘要
目的探讨综合应用呼吸内镜相关技术诊治成人气道异物的意义。方法选取2015年5月～2017年11月气道异物成年患者30例,先经支气管镜检查发现气道异物并判断其性质,再综合应用异物钳、异物篮、冷冻、APC等多种技术摘除,观察气道异物取出的成功率、使用不同技术的比例、操作时间及不良反应的发生率。结果所有气道异物皆成功取出,成功率100%。其中单独应用异物钳取出15例(50%),使用异物篮取出6例(20%),单独使用冷冻取出3例(10%),联合冷冻或APC与异物钳取出6例(20%)。操作平均时间15分钟。不良反应总发生率20%,皆为轻度不良反应。结论根据气道异物的不同性质选择合适的内镜技术进行诊治,可以提高气道异物的取出率并缩短操作时间。
