摘要
针对高温热防护服,以傅里叶律公式为基础进行变换,以假人皮肤外侧温度数据为基础构造BP神经网络模型,同时构造具有第三类边界的一维热传导模型和非线性规划模型,并利用遗传算法和模拟退火算法进行求解。综合运用EXCEL、MATLAB等软件,对热防服中的温度分布进行描述和假人皮肤外侧温度进行预测,并解决热防服设计中的最优厚度问题。
A BP neural network model was constructed based on the temperature data of human skin. A one-dimensional heat conduction model and nonlinear programming model with the third boundary were constructed, and solved by genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm. Using EXCEL, MATLAB and other software, the temperature distribution in thermal protective clothing is described and the external temperature of the dummy skin is predicted, and the optimal thickness in thermal protective clothing design is solved.
