无创接生新技术在促进自然分娩中的应用效果

摘要
目的:分析无创接生新技术在促进自然分娩中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至12月阳江市妇幼保健院收治的4620例初产妇,按知情参与意愿分为两组,观察组采用无创接生技术,对照组采用传统接生方法。比较两组产妇并发症、产妇满意度和住院时间等指标差异性。结果:观察组的产妇并发症发生率和住院时间皆低于对照组,产妇满意度高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:无创接生技术比传统接生方法更有利于产妇的分娩,能有效地降低产妇的痛楚,缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of new non-invasive delivery technology in promoting natural delivery. Methods A total of 4,620 primiparas admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yangjiang City from January2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the informed consent. The observation group used non-invasive delivery technology and the control group used traditional delivery method. Differences in indicators such as maternal complications, maternal satisfaction, and length of hospital stay were compared. Results The incidence of maternal complications and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The maternal satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive delivery technology is more conducive to maternal delivery than traditional delivery methods, which can effectively reduce maternal pain and shorten hospitalization time.
