摘要
钢管架是石油化工行业经常遇到的一种重要特种结构,作用是支承架空管道,具有量大面广、形式复杂多变的特点。而随着企业发展,当出现装置技术改造、增加产能等情况时,管架上经常需要增大或增设管道,导致使用荷载超过管架承载能力的情况,需要加固处理。同时由于装置改造的紧迫性和经济性要求,管架经常处于负载情况下加固,这就导致按传统计算方法会出现不安全的隐患。本文对现有的两本钢结构加固行业标准在负载加固条件、计算原则和计算公式等进行对比,并给出钢结构管架增荷改造加固设计实例,进一步说明两种算法及传统算法差异。
        Steel pipe rack is a kind of important special structure that is often used in petroleum chemical industry,and its role is to support the overhead pipeline,with the characteristic of large quantity,wide area,complicated and changeable form. And with the development of enterprises,when the plant requires technical revamp, production capacity increase and expansion etc.,it is often required to enlarge or increase the piping on the pipe rack,which results in the working load exceeding the carrying capacity of the pipe rack,so the reinforcement is required. At the same time, due to the urgency and cost-effectiveness of revamping requirement for the plant,the pipe racks are often reinforced under load,which leads to hidden troubles of safety according to traditional calculation methods. This paper compares the two existing industry standards for steel structure reinforcement in terms of the load reinforcement conditions,calculation principles and calculation formula,and gives design examplesof increasing load and revamping reinforcement of steel pipe rack to further illustrate the difference between the two algorithms and traditional algorithms.
