摘要
目的:观察新型超分子水杨酸联合米诺环素与克林霉素磷酸酯治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取80例寻常性痤疮患者,随机分为新型超分子水杨酸联合米诺环素与克林霉素磷酸酯组(实验组),阿达帕林联合米诺环素与克林霉素磷酸酯组(对照组),每组各40例,分别于治疗前及治疗后2、4、8、12周观察临床疗效。结果:治疗12周后,两组患者炎性皮损数、非炎性皮损数及总皮损数较治疗前均明显减少。实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率虽无明显差异(P>0.05),但实验组的基愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应(干燥、脱屑、红斑、瘙痒、灼热)发生率低于对照组。从第4周开始实验组的总皮损减少速率明显快于对照组。结论:新型超分子水杨酸联合米诺环素、克林霉素磷酸酯治疗寻常性痤疮效果较好,不良反应少。
        Objective To observe the efficacy of acne vulgaris treated with new supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline and clindamycin phosphate. Methods A total of 80 patients with acne vulgais were participated in this study. 40 cases were treated with new supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline and clindamycin phosphate(research group), while the other 40 cases were treated with adapalene gel combined with minocycline, clindamycin phosphate(control group). The evaluations of the two groups were compared at baseline and after 2,4,8,12 weeks of treatment by a single-blind investigator. Results After 12 weeks of treatment,both groups showd significant improvement, and both inflammatory as well as non-inflammatory lesions were effectively reduced. There have not different in total effective rate between research group and control group(P>0.05), however, the adverse reaction(dryness,peeling,erythem,burning and itching)of research group was less than control group. In addition, total lesion counts in research group were decreased faster than control group after 4 weeks of treatment. Conclusion New supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline and clindamycin phosphate is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris and is able to be better tolerated than adapalene gel.
