摘要
论文首先对环境影响评价中节能减排工作实施不力的成因进行了分析,然后通过环境影响工程分析、合理确定污染物排放总量、实施清洁生产,详细论述了其在印染行业应用分析,最后简要论述了提高环境影响评价过程中节能减排水平的策略,以此满足节能减排需求,将节能减排在环境影响评价的应用作用充分发挥出来,将能源消耗总量保持在合理范围内,进一步提高节能减排的深度和广度,从而使行业走向可持续发展的道路。论文主要针对分析环境影响评价中的节能减排展开深入研究,希望为相关行业人士提供帮助和参考。
        The paper firstly analyzes the causes of the poor implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction in environmental impact assessment, then concretely discusses its application in the printing and dyeing industry through the analysis of environmental impact engineering, the reasonable determination of the total amount of pollutant emissions, and the implementation of cleaner production. Finally, it briefly discusses strategies for improving the level of energy conservation and emission reduction in the process of environmental impact assessment, so as to meet the demand for energy conservation and emission reduction and give full play to the application of energy conservation and emission reduction in environmental impact assessment, keep the total amount of energy consumed within a reasonable range, and further increase the depth and breadth of energy conservation and emission reduction, so that the development of the industry can go on the road of sustainable development. This paper mainly studies the energy conservation and emission reduction in environmental impact assessment, hoping to provide help and reference for relevant industries.
