超深双台阶水平井分注及酸化一体化管柱研究

摘要
常规偏心分层注水会导致区块欠注严重,难以满足超深双台阶水平井分层注水及不动管柱分层注水分层酸化要求。为此,研制了超深双台阶水平井分注及酸化一体化管柱和配套工具。管柱主要由封隔器和注水酸化一体化配水器等组成。测调过程中测调仪器与管柱中的配水器采用同心对接,投捞成功率高,通过与特制酸化芯子配合可实现不动管柱分层酸化。利用WELLCAT软件模拟注水、酸化和停注时各封隔器的受力、管柱伸缩长度以及管柱整体强度。现场试验结果表明:超深双台阶水平井分注及酸化一体化管柱及配套工具设计合理,施工成功率100%,层段之间注水合格率100%,能够满足超深双台阶水平井的分层注水及酸化要求。研究结果可为封隔器及伸缩管的选择提供理论依据。
        Conventional eccentric separate layer water injection may lead to serious insufficient injection in the block,which is difficult to meet the requirements of separate-layer injection/acidification using fixed string in ultradeep double-step horizontal wells. To address the problem,the separate layer water injection and acidification integrated string and supporting tools for ultra-deep double-step horizontal well have been developed. The string is mainly composed of a packer and an integrated water-injection and acidification water distributor. During the process of measurement and adjustment,the measurement and adjustment device and the water distribution device in the string is concentrically connected to allow a high success rate of running and retrieving. By cooperating with a special acidification core,the separate layer acidification could be achieved without additional string running.WELLCAT software is used to simulate the force of each packer,the length of the string expansion and the overall strength of the string under water injection,acidification and stop injection,providing a theoretical basis for the selection of packers and extension tubes. The field test results show that the separate layer water injection and acidification integrated string and supporting tools are designed reasonably,with the operation success rate of 100% and the water injection qualification rate of 100%,which can meet the requirements of separate layer water injection and acidification in double step horizontal well.
