摘要
以自制煤炭风力分级机及其试验系统为研究对象,采用最陡坡登山法研究了总风量、给料量和概率板倾斜角度对该设备分级效果的影响;结果表明,当入料口宽度为3.5 cm、总风道宽度为11.5 cm、倾斜概率板1的角度为α9时分级效率最高,达到62.82%。在上述最佳工作参数下,该分级机完成了对入料水分在10%以下的潮湿原煤分级的工业试验,取得了分级粒度为2.45 mm、分级效率为60.65%的分选指标。
Taking the self-made air classifier of coal and its test system as the research object,the influence of total air volume,feeding amount and probability plate ' s inclination angle on the classification effect is studied by the Steepest Mountain Climbing Method. The results show that when the inlet width is 3. 5 cm,the total air duct width is 11. 5 cm,and the angle of the inclined probability plate is α9,the classification efficiency is the highest, reaching 62. 82%.Under the above optimal working parameters, the classifier completed an industrial test for the classification of wet raw coal with a moisture content below 10% and obtained a sorting index with a classification size of 2. 45 mm and a classification efficiency of 60. 65%.
