摘要

就业问题既是大学毕业生进入社会发展面临的重要问题,也是国家和社会稳定的重要因素,如何解决高职院校毕业生就业面临的问题成了高校的重要任务。从学生、学校和企业出发,分析高校毕业生在就业中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
        The employment problem is not only an important issue for college graduates to enter social development, but also an important factor for the stability of the country and society. How to solve the problems faced by graduates of higher vocational colleges has become an important task for colleges and universities. Starting from students, schools and enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment of college graduates and proposes some countermeasures to solve the employment problem..
