基于探索因子分析的医院青年管理干部胜任力模型构建

摘要
目的实现从关注干部选拔为主到关注青年干部队伍成长的转变,构建青年管理干部胜任力模型。方法采用行为事件访谈法、工作分析法,收集青年管理人员岗位胜任力条目进行问卷调查,运用探索因子分析法对数据进行统计分析。结果青年管理干部胜任力模型包括个人特质,人际交往、管理能力、专业知识、防控能力5大因子及18项胜任要素。结论形成量化的人才评价体系,优化青年管理干部成长体系。
Objective: To make the changes from focusing on cadre selection to cadre growing and establish the competency model of young managerial cadres. Method: The authors collected the items of post competency of the young cadres with questionnaires by means of behavior event interviewand job analysis,and made the statistical analysis on the data by exploring the factor analysis. Result: Competency model of the young managerial cadres involves 5 factors: personal traits,interpersonal communication,managerial ability,professional knowledge,and the prevention and control ability,and 18 competence elements. Conclusion: A quantitative talent evaluation system should be made to optimize the growth system of the young managerial cadres.
