“互联网+”视野下高校助力脱贫攻坚工作机制探索

摘要
互联网背景下,需要对扶贫的方式进行创新,把互联网的创新成果和脱贫攻坚工作紧密地结合在一起,加强对扶贫对象的识别。高校作为教育输出的重要载体,其对于脱贫攻坚工作有着难以取代的作用,不仅可以加强对贫困群众的教育引导,推动产业发展,同时也有利于提升群众的素质。为此,在脱贫攻坚工作中要高校要构建扶贫数据库,通过各种形式的教育工作提升贫困地区的"造血"功能,借助互联网推动电商创业,从而完成脱贫攻坚的工作任务。
Under the background of the Internet, it is necessary to innovate the way of poverty alleviation, and combine the innovation of the Internet with the work of poverty alleviation and strengthen the identification of poverty alleviation objects. As an important carrier of education output, colleges and universities have an irreplaceable role in poverty alleviation.
