摘要
在不同的SiC含量、球磨时间和复合材料颗粒处理工艺的情况下,基于粉末冶金法制备了8种SiCp/Al复合材料试件,分析了不同的SiC含量、球磨时间及复合材料颗粒处理工艺对试件抗拉强度和维氏硬度的影响,观察了试件的拉伸断口形貌并测试了拔出的SiC颗粒表面能谱。结果表明:随着SiC含量和球磨时间的增加,试件的抗拉强度和维氏硬度明显增大;颗粒复合处理能够改善复合粉体的成型性,还能使复合材料具有更高的强度;SiC和Al基体的结合强度高,试件断裂时两者之间的界面呈现塑性撕裂的状态。
        In the proportion of SiC, ball-milling processing time and particles composite processing technology, 8 SiCp/Al composite specimens are prepared by powder metallurgy method. Based on the prepared specimens, effects of proportion of SiC, ball-milling processing time and particles composite processing technology on tensile strength and Vickers hardness are analyzed. Fracture appearance of the specimens are observed and surface energy spectrum of the SiC particles are measured. The results show that tensile strength and Vickers hardness of the specimens are enhance with the increase of proportion of SiC and ball-milling processing time. Particles composite processing technology can not only improve molding ability of the mixed power, but also strengthen the enhancement effects of SiC on Al basal body. Bonding strength of SiC particle and Al basal body is high, and interface between SiC particles and Al basal body is plastic teared.
