摘要
依据美国石油协会API Spec 5L标准,通过合金成分设计、冶炼轧制工艺优化、热处理制度筛选等手段,试制了力学性能及抗H_2S腐蚀性能优良的无缝管线管。结果表明:试制管线管热轧态及调质态力学性能及抗酸性腐蚀性能均满足API Spec 5L标准要求。热轧态组织晶粒细小均匀,珠光体片层间距较小,性能满足X52钢级管线管要求,经过900℃淬火+600℃回火调质工艺后,组织中针状铁素体数量增加明显,其综合力学性能最优,可作为X65钢级管线管使用。
According to API Spec 5 L standard,the seamless line pipe with fine mechanical properties and H_2S corrosion resistance was researched through the means of chemical composition designing,optimizing smelting and rolling processes,and screening heat treatment processes. The results show that the mechanical properties and anti-H_2S corrosion properties of hot-rolled trial-linepipe and quenched and tempered trial-linepipe can meet API Spec 5 L standard. The grain of hot rolled seamless line pipe is uniform and fine,and pearlite interlamellar spacing is small,the mechanical properties can meet X52 requirements. After 900 ℃ quenching and 600 ℃ tempering,the content of acicular ferrite in microstructure is increased obviously,and the mechanical properties of the pipe steel are the best,and it can be used for X65 line pipe.
