摘要
针对齐鲁石化氢气系统运行现状,采用氢夹点技术深入分析氢气系统存在的主要问题并进行氢气供用网络优化,在此基础上构建以产耗平衡监控、成本核算、管网模拟、调度优化为核心的氢气平衡与优化系统,实现对氢气生产、输送及消耗过程的全面管控,为降低氢气系统的运营成本提供有力支撑。基于氢夹点分析开展供用网络优化,可有效降低炼油厂PSA系统的提纯负荷,减少耗氢装置不必要的氢损耗,获得显著的经济效益。通过产耗监控能及时发现氢气系统产耗不平衡、异常排放等情况。产耗成本核算可在线计算出产氢、耗氢成本。管网模拟可实现氢气管网任意管段氢气流量、流速、压降等指标的软测量。调度优化模块以用氢成本最低为目标给出优化调度方案,实现以耗定产,有效降低氢气运行的成本。
        The operation status of hydrogen system in Qilu Petrochemical Company is discussed, The main problems of hydrogen system are analyzed by using hydrogen pinch technology, and the optimization of hydrogen supply and demand network is carried out, On this basis, the hydrogen balance and optimization system is constructed with the balance of production and consumption monitoring, cost accounting, pipe network simulation and scheduling optimization. To realize the overall control of hydrogen production, transportation and consumption process, to provide a strong support for reducing the operating costs of hydrogen system. Based on the hydrogen pinch point analysis, the optimization of the network can effectively reduce the purification load of refinery PSA system, reduce the unnecessary hydrogen consumption of hydrogen consuming equipment, and achieve significant economic benefits. Through the monitoring of production and consumption, the production and consumption imbalance and abnormal emission of hydrogen system can be found in a timely manner. The production cost accounting can be used to calculate the hydrogen production and hydrogen consumption cost. The simulation of pipeline network can realize the soft measurement of the hydrogen flow rate, velocity and pressure drop in any pipe section of hydrogen pipeline network. The scheduling optimization module takes the lowest hydrogen cost as the target, and gives the optimal scheduling scheme to realize the cost reduction and reduce the operation cost of hydrogen effectively.
