摘要
在牛仔布经纱的靛蓝染色中,游离保险粉和靛蓝隐色体浓度对染后纱线的色光有影响。针对目前的检测方法只能检测靛蓝浓度,而检测不出游离保险粉和靛蓝隐色体浓度的缺陷,试验通过使用905 Titrando型电位滴定仪测定靛蓝染液中靛蓝隐色体和游离保险粉的浓度。该测试方法可以实现牛仔布经纱的靛蓝染色中游离保险粉和靛蓝隐色体的同步检测,为生产提供准确且稳定的游离保险粉和靛蓝隐色体浓度值,保证染色的稳定性。
In the indigo dyeing of denim warp yarn, the concentrations of free sodium hydrosulfite and indigo leuco have influence on the shade of dyed yarn. Aiming at the defect that the current detection methods can only detect the concentration of indigo, but can not detect the concentrations of free sodium hydrosulfite and indigo leuco, the concentrations of indigo leuco and free sodium hydrosulfite in indigo dye solution are determined by 905 Titrando potentiometer. This method can realize the synchronous detection of free sodium hydrosulfite and indigo leuco in indigo dyeing of denim warp yarn, and provide accurate and stable concentration values of free sodium hydrosulfite and indigo leuco for production,therefore, the stability of dyeing process can be ensured.
