风电场集电线路高压电缆典型故障查找与技改

摘要
箱式变压器作为一种新型成套变电装置,在风电场广泛应用,箱变高压室与风电场集电线路主干线之间的电力传输一般都采用高压电缆,场区集电线路的电力传输方式有地埋高压电缆,也有高压电缆与架空线混合连接方式,这些高压电缆在运行中常出现故障,给风电场安全生产造成隐患,文章结合在风电场处理电缆故障的实际经验,根据两个典型故障实例具体分析发生故障的原因,并提出预防此类电缆故障的相关措施,为防止风电场高压电缆的相似故障提供参考。
        Box transformer, as a new complete set of substation equipment, is widely used in wind farms. High voltage cables are generally used for power transmission between the box transformer high voltage chamber and the main line of the wind farm collecting line. The electric power transmission modes of collector lines in the field area include buried high voltage cables and hybrid connection mode of high voltage cables and overhead lines. These high voltage cables often fail in operation, causing hidden danger to the safe production of wind farms. Based on the practical experience of dealing with cable faults in wind farms and two typical examples, this paper analyzes the causes of cable failures and puts forward relevant measures to prevent such cable faults. The results can be used as reference to prevent similar faults of wind farm high voltage cables.
