摘要
以宁波路东段(二期)项目跨兴隆湖大跨径箱形拱桥为背景,阐述拱桥拱上结构模板施工技术要点,并对拱圈特殊结构形式和浇筑工艺做出拼模优化设计,为箱形拱圈混凝土浇筑成型质量做好保障,同时在一定程度上杜绝模板材料浪费,使项目成本得到有效控制。
Taking large span box arch bridge of Ningbo Road east( phase two) project across the Xinglong lake as the background,the technical points of formwork construction of arch bridge arch structure were expounded,and the arch ring special structure and pouring process optimization design was made,which guaranteed the box arch concrete pouring molding quality,and prevented the formwork material waste to a certain extent,the project cost can be effectively controlled.
