摘要
四川省巴中市化湖一号桥是一座净跨180.0 m的上承式钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥。主拱圈成拱工艺按"拱桥有平衡重平转施工"设计,转出的半跨桥体为带混凝土底板的小直径钢管混凝土劲性骨架。介绍了该桥的两岸基础施工,磨心、磨盖施工,上转盘、背墙施工,劲性骨架的加工制作和组装,主拱圈施工,拱上建筑施工等施工技术和工艺。目前该桥运营状况良好,达到了预期目的。
        Sichuan Province Bazhong City Huahe Lake Bridge No.1 is a 180 m-span deck-type reinforced concrete box arch bridge. The arching technology of the main arch ring is designed on the "flat-turn construction of arch bridge with balancing weight". The turn-out half-span bridge body is a small-diameter concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton with the concrete bedplate. This paper introduces the construction technologies of both-bank foundation construction, grinding core and grinding cover construction, upper turnplate and back wall construction, processing production and assembly of stiff skeleton, the main arch ring construction, and construction on arch. At present, the operation status of this is good and reaches the expected aim.
