产科患者DIC凝血检验结果分析

摘要
目的:探讨产科患者弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的凝血检验结果。方法:收治产科DIC患者30例作为观察组,并选取同时期健康体检人群30例作为对照组。观察比较两组血液检查结果。结果:观察组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶凝固时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血小板计数、纤维蛋白原显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强产科患者DIC检验,能够明确患者与正常人群之间的血液指标差异,从而判断患者的病情,这有利于DIC疾病的早期诊断。
Objective:To investigate the results of DIC coagulation test in obstetric patients.Methods:30 patients with diffuse intravascular coagulation in the department of obstetrics were selected,30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,we compared the blood test results of the two groups.Results:The prothrombin time,thrombin coagulation time and activated partial thromboplastin time were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet count and fibrinogen in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the disseminated intravascular coagulation test in obstetric patients can determine the difference of blood index between the patient and the normal population,thus judging the patient's condition,which is conducive to the early diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation disease.
