摘要

本文结合韶钢6号高炉炉顶料罐秤课题攻关,分析料罐秤运行稳定性差的主要原因,并有针对性的提供问题解决方案;再通过对设备攻关改造前后设备使用状态对比论证设备攻关方案的科学性,阐述高炉炉顶料罐秤使用过程中,提高运行稳定性的具体措施和方法。
        This paper analyzes the main reasons for the poor operation stability of the top burden tank scale of no. 6 bf, and provides targeted solutions to the problems. By comparing the working conditions of the equipment before and after the reformation, this paper demonstrates the scientific of the equipment working plan, and expounds the concrete measures and methods to improve the operation stability of the top burden tank scale of blast furnace.
