心理干预对股骨干粉碎性骨折患者的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨心理干预对股骨干粉碎性骨折患者的应用效果。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年1月住院的股骨干粉碎性骨折患者120例,根据住院期间干预方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,给予对照组常规治疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理干预,比较入院和出院时两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、疼痛程度情况。结果:入院时,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时,观察组SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-13.17,-18.39;P<0.05);比较两组患者VAS评分情况,入院时,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,出院时,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.311,P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可明显缓解股骨干粉碎性骨折患者焦虑情绪,降低疼痛感,有利于患者的身心健康。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention of patients of comminuted femoral fracture.Methods:We selected 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease from our hospital receiving in Feb,2016 to Jan,2018,and divided them into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given psychological intervention,We compared the anxiety and depression,pain degree of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)score in the two groups on admission(P>0.05);when they were discharged,the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(t=-13.17,-18.39;P<0.05);VAS score in both groups had no statistically significant difference on admission(P>0.05),when they were discharged,the VAS score in observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(t=-3.311,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can significantly relieve the anxiety of femoral head comminuted fracture patients and reduce their pain,which is beneficial to the patients' physical and mental health.
