摘要
随着重载列车的大量开行,重载铁路桥梁病害日益严重,未来将不可避免地出现维修、替换、应急抢修的需求,因此针对重载铁路24 m、32 m简支梁抢修器材的研制成为保障重载铁路安全、高效、持续运行的重要任务。从适用跨度、设计荷载、列车限速、结构型式、相关指标、运输及架设等方面对重载铁路桥梁抢修器材主要战术技术条件进行分析,提出建设性意见,对重载铁路桥梁抢修器材研制具有参考价值。
        As a large number of heavy-haul trains are put into operation, the damage and diseases of heavy-haul railway bridges are getting more and more serious,in which case there will inevitably be a need for maintenance, replacement and rush-repair in the future.Therefore,the development of the rush-repair equipment for 24 m and 32 m simply-supported beams has become an important task to ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the heavy-haul railways.In the present paper analyzed are the main tactical and technical conditions of the rush-repair equipment for heavy-haul railway bridges from the aspects of the applicable span, the designed load, the speed limit,the structural types and other relevant indices,and the transportation and erection of railway bridges,with some constructive suggestions put forward. The paper is of great referential significance for the development of rush-repair equipment.
