摘要
创新是一个民族的灵魂。创新创业已成为我国高校培养人才的一个重要方面。食品学科作为应用性较强的学科之一,探讨创新创业教育模式与育人机制具有重要意义。本文以山东农业大学三N食品科技创新创业团队实际运行为案例,培养模式与方法具有一定参考价值。
Innovation is the soul of a nation. Innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important aspect of training talents in colleges and universities in China. As one of the more applied disciplines, the food discipline is of great significance to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship education model and the education mechanism. This paper takes the actual operation of 3 N Food science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship team of Shandong Agricultural University as an example, and the training mode and method have certain reference value.
