大剂量化疗治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘要
目的分析讨论大剂量化疗治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效。方法选取南阳市中心医院2016年9月—2018年3月收治的小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿中的80例,按照其就诊顺序随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例。所有患儿均实施6-MP、HD-MTX联合三联鞘注治疗,对照组行3 g/mMTX治疗,研究组行5 g/mMTX治疗。经过治疗后,比较分析两组患儿的治疗疗效及生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组患儿的治疗效果及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量MTX化疗治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效较好,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of high dose chemotherapy on acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children.Methods 80 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted in the hospital from September,2016 to March,2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group. 40 children of each group was treated with 6-MPHD-MTX combined with triple sheath injection. The control group were treated with 3 g/mMTX,and the study group were treated with 5 g/mMTX. After the treatment,the curative effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,the curative effect and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion High dose MTX chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia and has high clinical value.
