人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折对骨代谢的影响

摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折对血清钙(Ca)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清磷(P)水平的影响。方法随机选取医院2016年12月至2017年8月收治的不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者78例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(37例)予以人工股骨头置换术治疗,试验组(41例)予以人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减治疗。结果术后14 d,试验组血清Ca,ALP,P水平高于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组术后并发症发生率为4. 88%,显著低于对照组的21. 62%(P <0. 05);试验组髋关节功能优良率为92. 68%,显著高于对照组的72. 97%(P <0. 05)。结论人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折可改善血清Ca,ALP,P水平,减少并发症,有效改善患者髋关节功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial femoral head replacement combined with Guipi Decoction on the levels of serum calcium( Ca), alkaline phosphatase( ALP) and phosphorus( P) in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods Totally 90 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to August 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The patients( 37 cases) in the control group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement, while the patients( 41 cases) in the experimental group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement combined with modified Guipi Decoction. Results 14 d after operation,the levels of Ca,ALP and P in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 4. 88%,which was significantly lower than 21. 62% in the control group( P < 0. 05).
