云母带用有机硅粘合剂的制备

摘要
以MQ硅树脂、107硅橡胶为原料,甲苯为溶剂,通过缩聚制得有机硅粘合剂,并采用过氧化苯甲酰硫化。研究了硅烷偶联剂、催化剂、稳定剂品种及用量,MQ硅树脂和甲苯用量对有机硅粘合剂及其制得的云母带产品性能的影响。较佳的制备条件为:MQ硅树脂在固体有效成分(MQ硅树脂与107硅橡胶)中的质量分数为40%,甲苯与固体有效成分的质量比为7∶3,硅烷偶联剂优选KH 550、用量为3%,催化剂优选四甲基氢氧化铵碱胶、用量为50×10-6,稳定剂优选异丙醇、用量为3%,此条件下制得的有机硅粘合剂为无色透明均匀液体,不交联,无沉淀,存储期长。其制得的云母带厚度为0.140～0.165mm,无气泡,不抽丝,不黏连,且用胶量少,粘接牢固度大于80 N/10 mm,体积电阻率高于1015Ω/m。
A silicone adhesive was prepared by condensation polymerization with MQ silicone resin and107 silicone rubber as the main raw materials,and toluene as solvent.Then the crosslinked mesh was obtained by benzoyl peroxide vulcanization with benzoylperoxide as the catalyst.The mica paper and glass filament were bonded together by crosslinking reaction.The effects of silane coupling agent,catalyst,stabilizer and dosage,MQ silicone resin and toluene on the properties of silicone adhesive and the prepared mica tape were studied.Results show that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of MQ silicone resin in the solid active component(MQ silicone resin + 107 silicone rubber) is 40%,the mass ratio of toluene and the solid active ingredients is 7∶3,the better silane coupling agent is KH 550 and the amount is 3%,the better catalyst is tetramethylammonium hydroxide alkali gum and the amount is 50 × 10-6and the stabilizer is isopropanol and the amount is 3%.Under the aboved conditions,the silicone adhesive is a transparent liquid,without crosslinking,no precipitation and has long storage period.The thickness of the mica tape is from 0.140 to 0.165 mm,without bubble,no filament,no adhesion,and less adhesive.The volume resistivity of the adhesive is more than 80 N/10 mm,and the volume resistivity is higher than 1015Ω/m.
