摘要
以木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯总提取率为评价指标,优化调中剂(木香、山楂、北沙参、川穹组成)中木香内酯超声提取工艺,采用紫外-分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、非水滴定法确定最佳工艺下各成分含量。结果表明:最佳提取条件为液料比10.6∶1(m L/g)、超声时间41 min、超声温度48℃,一副调中剂提取液中含木香烃内酯109.20 mg、去氢木香内酯51.00 mg、黄酮624.77 mg、川穹嗪0.31 mg。该优化提取工艺结果可靠,可用于指导日常用药。
        With total extraction yield of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone as index, the ultrasoud method of extracting costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone from mediator(Costustoot, Crataegus, Coastal glehnia root, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort)was optimized by response surface design. UVspectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography, non-aqueous titration were used to detect the extract composition obained under the optimum conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the liquid to material ratio was 10.6 ∶ 1(m L/g), the ultrasound time was 41 min and the ultrasound temperature was 48 ℃, the conents of costunolide, dehydrocostus lactone, flavonoidsand and ligustrazine were 109.20, 51.00, 624.77, 0.31 mg, respectively. The extraction process was reliable, and it could provide guide for using medicine daily.
