摘要
为提升天然气脱硫效力,基于现有脱硫技术对天然气脱硫装置加以设计。创造性地提出了微旋流塔技术,并将该技术用于天然气脱硫。此微旋流塔将旋流管作为传递元件,多个旋流管并联完成一级脱硫,达到一定的处理量要求,多级串联形成一个整体脱硫设备,达到一定的脱硫效果要求。
With a view to significantly improving desulfurization efficiency of natural gas, having the existing desulfurization technology based to creatively propose the theory of micro-swirl tower technology and then to apply it to the natural gas desulfurization was inplemented. In this theory, the micro-swirl tower designed employs a swirling tube as a transmission element and the multiple swirling tubes are connected in parallel to complete a first-stage desulfurization and to meet certain processing capacity requirements. A plurality of stages connected in series can form an overall desulfurization device to realize certain desulfurization effect.
