摘要
根据不低于40%的单体预制率及建筑方案要求,以虹口区HK68B-02号地块项目中的2#楼为例,对上海地区建筑高度70m左右的办公建筑,采用装配整体式框架-现浇核心筒结构、钢支撑框架-混凝土核心筒结构、钢框架-支撑结构、钢框架结构四种不同的结构布置方案,主要从单体预制率、计算指标、经济性等方面进行比较,为同地区类似工程选择最优的结构方案提供参考。
According to the requirement of no less than 40% precast ratio and architectural function, taking No. 2 building of HK68 B-02 project in Hongkou District as an example, four structural schemes were put forward: monolithic precast concrete frame-cast-in-place core tube structure, steel braced frame-concrete core tube structure, steel braced frame structure and steel frame structure, comparing precast ratio, calculation results and economy of office buildings with 70 m high in Shanghai. It provides a reference for choosing the optimum structural scheme for similar projects in the same area.
