镍钴锰体系锂离子电池粘结剂性能研究

摘要
选用高镍三元材料LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2为正极,考察了两种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粘结剂的添加比例对匀浆过程、极片性能、材料容量发挥等的影响。实验结果表明:采用PVDF粘结剂匀浆得到的浆料稳定性良好;胶B抗凝胶作用良好,且粘结性能更加优越;增加胶B用量对极片的导电性能影响不大,但能改善NCM622体系的电化学性能。
        The nickel-rich ternary material of LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2 was selected as the cathode. The appendingproportion of two kinds of PVDF binders were adjusted, and the effects on the homogenization process, theperformance of the pole pieces and the material capacity were investigated. The experimental results show that thegood stability of the slurry can be obtained by using PVDF binder. The modified PVDF glue B has excellentanti-coagulation effect, and the bonding performance is superior. The effect of increasing additive amount of glue Bon the conductivity of the pole pieces is not significant, but the electrochemical performance of NCM622 system canbe improved.
