摘要
针对无轨枕现浇整体道床式地铁轨道的道床翻修工程,提出一种基于新老混凝土粘结性能的整体剪断方法.此方法通过使用合理的剪切力直接破坏道床混凝土和盾构片之间的粘结,从而实现道床与盾构片的整体分离.首先根据经验公式计算出剪应力的大小,然后利用有限元模型,同时考虑材料、大变形和接触等非线性因素,对此过程进行模拟,最终证实了该方法的有效性.
For the renovation project of the subway with cast-in-situ monolithic track-bed without sleeper,an integral detaching method based on the bonding property between the young and old concrete is proposed.This method works by using aproper shearing force to directly destroy the adhesion between the track-bed and the shield piece to lead to an integral detachment between the two.Firstly the magnitude of the shearing force is calculated according to the empirical formula,and then ANSYS finite model is used with consideration of material property,large deformation and contact nonlinear factors to simulate the detaching progress,and finally the validity of this method is proved.
