摘要
粘钢法加固在桥梁加固方法中被采用的实例逐渐增多,而桥梁现浇板底部进行大面积粘钢板尚不多见,钢板的锚固安装和仰焊对接质量的优劣直接影响桥梁粘钢加固效果。以北京市某桥梁异形板粘钢加固工程作为实例,分析了板底钢板安装对接施工工艺重、难点,介绍了大面积钢板加工安装、锚栓定位、仰焊对接等施工工艺和质量控制要求。最后对经验进行了归纳总结,可为以后类似工程的施工提供参考。
        The stick steel reinforcement method is gradually increased to use in the bridge reinforcement,but the large area stick steel method is still rare in the cast-in-situ plate bottom of bridge. The qualities of anchoring installation and overhead welding butt joint of the steel plate will directly influence the stick steel reinforcement effect of bridge. Taking an abnormity board stick steel reinforcement project of bridge in Beijing as an example, the article introduces the emphases and difficulties of butt joint construction technology in the installation of plate steel of plate bottom, introduces the construction technologies and quality control requirements, i.e. the processing and installation of large area steel plate, positioning of anchor bolt, overhead welding butt joint and so on, and finally summarizes the experience, which can be referred for the construction of the similar projects.
