高等农业院校招生工作研究

摘要
从我国高等农业院校录取分数、第一志愿录取率和生源分布三个方面,阐述了高等农业院校招生现状与特点,提出了高等农业院校招生面临的五个问题,即农业院校生源质量低数量少、按大类招生院校专业设置不合理、招生宣传力度不够、农学类专业毕业生就业机会较少以及农业院校学科布局不合理。从招生选拔应向柔性选拔和双重选择人才转化;明确办学定位,打造特色专业;优化招生模式,加大招生宣传;关注毕业生就业问题,提高就业质量;谋划学科布局,优化专业结构;借鉴国外教育经验,加强国际间交流合作以及加强教师队伍建设,提高教师核心竞争力七个方面提出了改善高等农业院校招生工作的具体举措。
This paper introduces the current situation and enrollment characteristics of China's agricultural universities from three aspects: admission score, first choice admission rate and student source distribution. It puts forward five problems: low quality and low quantity of students in agricultural universities major setting of major enrollment universities is unreasonable, insufficient publicity of enrollment, few employment opportunities for graduates of agricultural majors and unreasonable discipline layout of agricultural universities. It puts forward in seven aspects measures to improve the agricultural colleges and universities recruit students work: Recruitment and selection should be transformed into flexible selection and double selection of talents; define the orientation of running school and create characteristic specialties; optimize the enrollment model and increase the publicity of enrollment; pay close attention to the employment of graduates and improve the quality of employment; plan the layout of disciplines and optimize the structure of majors; draw on the educational experience of other countries and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the core competitiveness of teachers.
