摘要
目的探讨林丹对雄性大鼠精子生成的影响。方法 40只3~4周龄、体质量80~100g的雄性SD大鼠随机分成5组:空白对照组(玉米油)、阳性对照组(雌二醇)和林丹低、中、高剂量组(7mg·kg-1、13mg·kg-1、25mg·kg-1),每组8只。每组每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃8周后,对大鼠体质量、脏器系数、精子密度和存活率进行测定。结果各实验组体质量增长量与空白对照组、阳性对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阳性对照组各脏器系数与空白对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。低、中、高剂量组肝脏系数均低于阳性对照组(P均<0.05),与空白对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);睾丸、附睾系数各实验组与空白对照组、阳性对照组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。阳性对照组精子密度、精子存活率低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。各实验组精子密度和存活率均低于空白对照组,高于阳性对照组(P均<0.05)。结论林丹对雄性大鼠精子的生成具有抑制作用,在本实验条件下其抑制效果较雌二醇轻。
        Objective To investigate the effect of lindane on spermatogenesis of male rats. Methods Forty male SD rats aged 3 to 4 weeks and weighing 80 g to 100 g were randomly divided into 5 groups,8 in each group. They were the blank control group(corn oil),the positive control group(estradiol)and the 7 mg·kg-1,13 mg·kg-1,25 mg·kg-1 lindane exposure group,once a day. After 8 weeks of continuous intragastric administration,the rat body weight, organ coefficient,sperm density and survival rate were measured.Results There was no significant difference in weight gain between the experimental groups and the blank control group and the positive control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the organ coefficient between the positive control group and the blank control group(P>0.05). The liver coefficient of the low,middle and high dose groups was lower than that of the positive control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference compared with the blank control group(P>0.05);the testis and epididymis coefficient of the experimental group had no significant difference compared with the blank control group and the positive control group(P>0.05). The sperm density and survival rate of positive control group were lower than those of blank control group(P<0.05). The sperm density and survival rate of each experimental group were lower than those of the blank control group(P<0.05),but higher than those of the positive control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lindane has an inhibitory effect on the production of sperm in male rats,and its inhibitory effect is lighter than that of estradiol under the conditions of this experiment.
