摘要
在现代化机械加工领域中,数控车床是非常重要的加工生产方式,此类加工方式在运行效率方面具有较大优势。但是在实际加工过程中,会受数控车床数控结构多方面因素影响,导致加工精度降低,致使数控车床加工出诸多质量不合理的产品。因此,需要对提升数控机床加工精度的方法进行探析,整合加工中存在的各项问题。
In the field of modern machining, CNC lathes are very important processing methods, and such processing methods have great advantages in terms of operating efficiency. However,in the actual processing process, it will be affected by many factors of the numerical control structure of the CNC lathe, resulting in lower processing precision, resulting in many unreasonable quality products produced by CNC lathes. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the methods for improving the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools and integrate various problems in machining.
