一次性使用精密过滤输液器与普通输液器的临床应用效果对比

摘要
目的观察对比一次性使用精密过滤输液器与普通输液器的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年11月~2016年1月在我院医务室进行输液的患者100例作为研究对象。将其随机分为2组,各50例。对照组患者使用普通输液器输液,观察组患者采用一次性使用精密过滤输液器进行输液。对比两组患者输液后不良反应情况发生的概率、医护人员及患者对输液的满意度。结果观察组患者的不良反应情况发生的概率为7.00%,显著低于对照组(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输液后,观察组医护人员及患者对输液的满意度为96.00%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性使用精密过滤输液器对患者的输液效果更为可观,安全性高,值得广泛推广。
Objective To observe the contrast disposable precision filter infusion and clinical application effect of ordinary infusion.Methods Select needed transfusion in our hospital 200 cases of patients with(in November 2015 to January 2015) as research object.Its simple random divided into 2 groups,100 cases as a group. Control group patients use normal infusion fluids,observation group of patients with disposable precision filter infusion fluids.Compare two groups patients incidence of the adverse reactions after infusion of transfusion,medical staff and patients satisfaction.Results The observation group of patients with adverse reactions occurring probability of 7.00%,significantly lower than the control group(18.00%),P<0.05;After infusion, observation group of medical staff and patients for the infusion of satisfaction was 96.00%,better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Disposable precision filter infusion to the patient's infusion effect is more significant,high safety,is worth popularizing widely.
