并条牵伸工艺对棉结的影响

摘要
探讨并条牵伸工艺对棉结的影响。分析了并条工艺中棉结的形成原因和罗拉牵伸的作用原理。就普梳棉头道并条和精梳棉并条的有关牵伸工艺,分别制定了7种试验方案,对试验结果做了相应对比分析。结果表明:普梳棉头道并条在总牵伸5.283倍,后区牵伸1.31倍,并合数6根时,棉结尺寸和数量较小。精梳后头道并条在总牵伸9.120倍,后区牵伸1.34倍,并合数8根时,棉结尺寸较小。认为:分析研究并条牵伸工艺对棉结的影响,有助于合理制定并条工艺,减少棉结。
        The effect of drawing drafting process on neps was discussed.The forming reasons of neps in drawing process and the running principles of roller draft were analyzed.Aimed at the drafting process of first drawing and combed sliver drawing for common carding,seven kinds of experimental programs were decided respectively.The experiment results were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the size and quantity of neps were smaller when the first drawing of common carding was at 5.283 times of total draft,1.31 times of back zone draft and with six doubling ratio.The neps sizes were smaller when the first doubling after combing at9.120 times of total draft,1.34 times of back zone draft and with 8 doubling ratio.It is considered that analyzing the effect of doubling process on neps is beneficial to reasonably determine the doubling process and reduce neps.
