摘要
目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D(25-OHD)水平与精液参数之间的关系。方法测定2 023例行体外受精-胚胎移植助孕的健康男性血清25-OHD水平,按其水平分为5组:A组109例,25-OHD <50 nmol/L; B组485例,50 nmol/L <25-OHD≤70 nmol/L; C组664例,70 nmol/L <25-OHD≤90 nmol/L; D组434例,90 nmol/L <25-OHD≤110 nmol/L; E组331例,25-OHD≥110 nmol/L。禁欲3~7 d后手淫法获取精液标本,应用精子质量分析仪(CASA)检测精子,按《WHO人类精液检查与处理实验手册》第5版要求检测精子形态。比较各组年龄、精子浓度、前向运动精子总数、存活率、精子正常形态百分率。结果各组年龄、精子浓度、前向运动精子总数、存活率、精子正常形态百分率差异无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05)。结论在柳州地区,血清25-OHD水平可能与精液质量无关。
        Objective It is to investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OHD) level and semen parameters. Methods The level of serum 25-OHD were measured in 2023 healthy men undergoing in vitro fertilizationembryo transfer,the subjects were divided into 5 groups according to the level of 25-OHD,group A(n = 109),25-OHD <50 nmol/L; group B(n = 485),50 nmol/L < 25-OHD≤70 nmol/L; group C(n = 664),70 nmol/L < 25-OHD≤90nmol/L; group D(n = 434),90 nmol/L < 25-OHD≤110 nmol/L; group E(n = 331),25-OHD≥110 nmol/L. After 3-7days of abstinence,the semen specimen was obtained by masturbation method,and the sperm was detected by the sperm quality analyzer(CASA). The sperm morphology was detected according to the fifth edition of WHO Manual for Human Semen Examination and Treatment. The age,sperm concentration,total number of forward-moving sperm,survival rate,and percentage of normal sperm morphology were compared in each group. Results There were no significant difference in age,sperm concentration,total number of forward-moving sperm,survival rate,and percentage of normal sperm morphology among each group. Conclusion Serum 25-OHD level may not be related to semen quality in Liuzhou area.
