甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病的临床效果及不良反应分析

摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的临床效果及不良反应。方法对本科室2017年1月至2018年5月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者进行观察研究,按随机数表法将患者分为常规组(n=30)和干预组(n=30),常规组运用常规预混胰岛素降糖治疗,干预组患者采取甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,分析总结两种治疗方式的降糖效果及安全性。结果干预组治疗血糖达标时间明显低于常规组(P<0.05),干预组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05),干预组胰岛素用量明显低于常规组(P<0.05),干预组患者治疗期间低血糖发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗可有效提升患者降糖效果,并可减少胰岛素用量,降低患者低血糖发生风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated with ampule insulin combined with Ruigelienai. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes(January 2017 to May 2018) were observed and the patients were divided into regular groups(n=30) and intervention groups(n=30) according to the random table method. The conventional group used the conventional premixed insulin hypoglycemic treatment, the intervention group was treated with Ganzi insulin combined with Ruigelienai, and the effect and safety of the two treatment methods were analyzed and summarized. Results The treatment time of blood sugar standard in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05), The level of fasting blood sugar, postprandial 2 hours blood sugar, and glycated hemoglobin in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05), The insulin dosage in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05), The incidence of hypoglycemia during treatment of patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of insulin and Ruigelienai in patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the effect of hypoglycemia, reduce the amount of insulin, and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
