摘要
为使渣油加氢装置上流式反应器(UFR)与固定床反应器所用催化剂活性得到充分利用,实现长操作周期,中化泉州石化有限公司3.3 Mt/a渣油加氢装置对Ⅰ列标准催化剂系统进行了优化,装填了更多脱金属催化剂和过渡剂,包括优化催化剂的装填比例,增加1 dam~3/h UFR入口混氢量,改善上流式反应器催化剂的结焦性和精细化操作条件等措施。装置Ⅰ列第3周期和第2周期运行结果相比较,第3周期原料性质比第2周期劣质的情况下,优化后的Ⅰ列催化剂系统在保持脱硫/脱残炭性能稳定性的前提下,脱金属性能得到大幅提升,第3周期的脱镍率和脱钒率比第2周期分别高10.75,5.81百分点,加氢重油质量可以满足催化裂化原料要求。
        In order to make full use of the catalytic activity of the upflow reactor and the fixed bed reactor in the residue hydrotreating unit, and to synchronize and achieve a long operation period, many measures have been taken in the 3.3 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,such as optimizing the I series standard catalyst system, filling more demetallic catalysts and transition agents, optimizing the loading ratio of catalysts, increasing the amount of hydrogen mixing at the inlet of 1 dam~3/h UFR, improving the coking property of catalyst in the upflow reactor and refining operation conditions, etc. Compared with the results of the second cycle and the third cycle, the performance of HDS and HDCCR of the optimized catalyst system where the third cycle of Unit Ⅰ is inferior to the second cycle in feedstock properties. The nickel removal rate and vanadium removal rate in the third cycle are 10.75% and 5.81% higher than those in the second cycle respectively.The quality of hydrotreated heavy oil can meet the requirements of FCC feedstocks.
