摘要
结合商业模式画布详细剖析高端装备制造企业陕鼓动力的商业模式九大构成要素,鉴于画布方法的局限性,引入系统动力学方法,构建案例企业转型前后的存量流量模型,进一步剖析九要素如何以不同的方式有机组合促成了装备制造企业商业模式创新路径的产生。最后借助Vensim-PLE软件,对模型进行仿真分析。结果显示,价值主张定位精准与否决定商业模式创新路径选择的成败;商业模式创新路径始于客户需求,终于客户需求满足;客户需求导向型路径优于核心资源导向型路径;商业模式创新路径是一条系统集成创新之路。
        Combing with the business model canvas, this paper analyzes the nine business model elements of the high-end equipment manufacturing company Shangu Power Co,.LTD. Then in view of the limitations of the canvas method, the system dynamics method is introduced to build the stock flow model of the case enterprise before and after its transformation, the study further analyze how the nine elements in different ways promote the organic combination of manufacturing enterprises to create a business model innovation path. At last, with the help of Vensim-PLE, the software simulates and analyzes the model. The results show that the success or failure of business model path selection is depended on the value proposition positioned accuracy or not; The path of business model innovation begins with customer needs, and ends at the customer satisfaction; customer demand-oriented path is superior to core resource-oriented path. The path of business model innovation is a systematic road of integrated innovation.
