系统化护理对复杂踝关节骨折脱位患者术后活动及躯体功能影响评价

摘要
以探讨系统化护理对复杂踝关节骨折脱位患者术后活动及躯体功能的影响为目的。方法:选择2018年1月—2018年10月来我院进行治疗的74例复杂踝关节骨折脱位患者对其进行对照研究,按照随机抽签的方式分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施系统化护理,观察分析两组患者的下床活动时间、住院总时间及关节功能。结果:试验组患者的下床活动时间、住院总时间均少于对照组。在关节功能评分方面,试验组患者的出院评分及术后3个月评分均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对复杂踝关节骨折脱位患者实施系统化护理干预可提高其术后的活动能力,改善关节躯体的功能,值得推广应用。
To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the activity and physical function of patients with complex ankle fracture and dislocation after operation. 74 patients with complex ankle fracture and dislocation who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group according to random lottery. The patients in control group were given routine nursing and the patients in experimental group were given systematic nursing. The time of getting out of bed,the total time of hospitalization and joint function of two groups were observed and analyzed. The time of ambulation and hospitalization in the experimental group were less than those in the control group. In terms of joint function score,the discharge score and 3-month post-operation score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Systematic nursing intervention for patients with complex ankle fracture and dislocation can improve their ability of movement after operation and the function of joint body,which is worthy of popularization and application.
