超市大卖场给排水设计重点及难点

摘要
超市大卖场给排水设计主要涉及给排水、消火栓及自动喷水灭火系统设计,重点及难点在于自动喷水灭火系统危险等级及排水方案的确定。针对超市大卖场给水排水和灭火系统设计与常规建筑不同的特点,分析了超市大卖场给水、排水、灭火系统等方面的设计要点,总结了设计经验数据,给出了给水卫生防疫、生鲜区油污废水及自动喷水灭火系统设计的特殊要求,并强调了设计需要注重安全、卫生、可靠的原则。
The water supply and drainage design in hypermarkets mainly involves the design of water supply and drainage system,fire hydrant and sprinkler system.The keypoints and difficulties lie in the determination of drainage scheme and dangerous grade of sprinkler system.Considering that the design of water supply and drainage system of the hypermarkets is different from that of conventional buildings,this paper analyses the design points of water supply,drainage and fire prevention systems of hypermarket mall,summarizes the design experiences,and gives the sprinkler system special design requirements for water supply sanitation and anti-epidemic,oily wastewater in fresh area,and emphasizes design needs to pay attention to safety,hygiene and reliability.
