上海市某妇产科医院进修医生培训需求调查

摘要
目的:了解进修医生的培训需求,从而有针对性的制定相应培训计划。方法:采用问卷调查法,对上海市某妇产科医院所有在岗进修医生进行调查。结果:不同等级选派医院的进修医生对病例书写规范培训和常见病、多发病培训的需求差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄组进修医生对医德医风教育培训和科研论文撰写培训需求差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同职称进修医生对医院感染知识培训需求和腹腔镜培训需求差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。讨论:进修医生对医患沟通能力的提升较为重视;医学基础培训应兼顾进修医生的不同背景;年轻进修医生对医德医风教育重视程度不高;科研能力培训是进修医生的客观需要;开展常态化临床技能培训是提高进修医生医疗水平的必然要求。
Objective: To understand the visiting doctors' training needs, and develop an appropriate training plan. Methods: All the visiting doctors in a obstetrics and gynecology hospital in Shanghai were investigated with questionnaire survey. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the demand for case writing training and common disease diagnosis training among the doctors obetween different grades hospitals(P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in different age groups for medical ethics education training and paper writing(P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the demand for hospital infection knowledge training and laparoscopic training between different professional training doctors(P<0.05). Conclusion: Visiting doctors attach more importance to the improvement of doctor-patient communication skills. The backgroung of the doctors should be taken into account in traing. Young visiting doctors pay less attention to medical ethics. Visiting doctors value the improve of research ability. It's necessary to carry out clinical skills training.
