联合用药治疗2型糖尿病合并牙周病的疗效

摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病合并牙周病应用盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗的效果。方法选择我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病合并牙周病患者162例,随机分为联合组、替硝唑组和盐酸米诺环素组,每组54例。对比治疗后三组的临床疗效和各项临床指标。结果联合组疗效高于替硝唑组和盐酸米诺环素组,P<0.05;替硝唑组与盐酸米诺环素组疗效比较,P>0.05。用药后联合组的牙周袋深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)等指标均优于其他两组,P<0.05。结论 2型糖尿病合并牙周病应用盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗,治疗效果显著,能够缓解患者症状、改善相关指标。
Objective To analyze the effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontitison and its effect on plaque index(PLI).Methods162 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups:the combination group,tinidazole group and minocycline hydrochloride group,54 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and indexes of the three groups were compared.Results The effective rates in combination group were higher than that in tinidazole group and minocycline hydrochloride group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between tinidazole group and minocycline hydrochloride group,P>0.05.After treatment,the levels of PD,BI,PLI and other indexes in the combination group were better than those in the other two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with periodontitis can have good effect,which will relieve symptoms and improve the relevant indicators.
