摘要
苏州市数字化城市管理监督指挥模式因市区两级机制体制的建立而采用两级监督两级指挥模式,即市区两级平台各自相对独立地进行流转同时又互相共享数据,因而不可避免地涉及技术对接,而对接又必然会产生各种技术问题。在充分总结苏州市级数字城管运行多年的经验基础上,基于WebService技术完善并建立了多种接口对接机制,从前期优化到后期预警,在一定程度上弥补了偶发技术问题可能带来的对接失败,为苏州市数字化城市管理精细化发展打下扎实的技术基础。
Suzhou digital urban management supervision and command model adopts two-level supervision and command model due to the establishment of two-level mechanism system in urban area,that is to say,the two-level platform in the city can transfer each other independently and share data with each other,so it is unavoidable to involve technology docking,and the docking will inevitably produce various technical problems. On the basis of summarizing the experience of Suzhou digital urban management for many years,based on WebService technology,various interface docking mechanisms are perfected and established. From early optimization to late warning,it makes up for the possibility of docking failure caused by occasional technical problems and lays a solid technical foundation for the refinement of digital urban management in Suzhou.
