药用植物茵陈的化学成分及药理研究

摘要
目的药用植物茵陈的化学成分及药理研究。方法对茵陈化学成分进行分析。之后选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的100例高血压患者,分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组常规接受药物治疗,观察组额外给予茵陈进行辅助,对比两组患者治疗有效率、血压变化。结果茵陈的化学成分包括香豆素类、挥发油类、黄酮类等,占比分别为1.95%、1.83%、1.72%、1.77%。观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.00%,对照组为84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.656,P<0.05)。观察组患者血压得到控制,收缩压为131.2 mmHg,舒张压为114.8 mmHg,对照组患者收缩压为136.7 mmHg,舒张压为122.4 mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=21.098,P<0.05)。结论茵陈的化学成分复杂,有效成分多,药理作用体现在疾病控制和预防上,可应用于后续工作中。
        Objective To study the chemical constituents and pharmacology of the medicinal plant Yinchen. Methods The chemical constituents of Yinchen were analyzed. After that, 100 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group received routine drug treatment, while the observation group was supplemented with Yinchen. The treatment efficiency and blood pressure changes were compared between the two groups. Results The chemical constituents of Yinchen included coumarins, flavonoids and volatile oils, accounting for 1.95%, 1.83%, 1.72% and 1.77% respectively. The effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group and 84.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=22.656,P<0.05). In the observation group, the systolic blood pressure was 131.2 mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure was 114.8 mmHg; in the control group, the data was 136.7 mmHg and 122.4 mmHg. The difference was statistically significant(t=21.098,P<0.05). Conclusion The chemical constituents of Yinchen are complex and there are many active ingredients. Its pharmacological effects are reflected in the control and prevention of disease, and can be applied in the follow-up work.
