摘要
目的:研究医学本科生人文素质教育中存在的问题并提出对策。方法:选取527名医学本科生进行问卷调查,应用统计学方法进行分析。结果:人文素质教育的总体满意度偏低,学生评价由低到高依次为反馈、效果评价、过程实施、教育理念。临床医学专业对人文素质教育的评价得分显著低于其他专业(P<0.05)。结论:应当优化课程设置,改善教学方式,提升教师人文修养,建立健全学生意见反馈机制,以及结合不同专业实际情况采取不同措施以促进医学生人文素质教育。
Objective: To study the problems existing in the humanities education of medical undergraduates and propose countermeasures. Methods: A total of 527 medical undergraduates were selected for questionnaire survey and statistical methods were used for analysis. Results: The overall satisfaction of humanistic quality education was low. The students' evaluation from low to high was feedback, effect evaluation, process implementation and education concept. The evaluation scores of humanities education for clinical medicine majors were significantly lower than those of other majors(P <0.05). Conclusion: The curriculum should be optimized, the teaching methods should be improved, the humanities cultivation of teachers should be improved, the feedback mechanism of students should be established and improved, and different measures should be taken to promote the humanities quality education of medical students.
