摘要
本研究的目的在揭示低温对紫叶矮樱生理活动的影响机理,找出最佳防寒技术措施,解决其在北方冬季栽培的技术难题,促进其在我国的生产和利用。室内实验在-25℃下,规定时间梯度,利用褐变观察法和恢复生长法测定紫叶矮樱抗寒性。室外实验分别对紫叶矮樱进行根颈培土树干裹草处理、喷防冻液处理、树干涂白处理、风障处理、未做防护处理,观察其生长萌动状况和冻伤情况。文中最终得出紫叶矮樱越冬防寒技术序列以防寒效果排序为根颈培土树干裹草技术、风障处理技术、喷防冻液技术、树干涂白技术。
        This study was aimed to reveal the influencing mechanism of low temperature on Prunus cistena physiologi- cal activities,find the best technical measures for cold resistance,and solves the technical bottleneck of cultivation in northern winter,so as to promote their production and utilization in China. The study used the methods of browning observation and recover growth to test the cold resistance of P. cistena at- 25℃ indoor in specific time gradient. In outdoor experiments,several treatments for P. cistena were made,including earthing up its root and wrapping grass a- round trunk,spraying antifreeze,whiting out the trunk of trees,installing wind barriers,and no protective measures as the control treatment,to observe their growth and frostbite. In conclusion,the overwintering protection techniques for P. Cistena could be ordered based on the cold resistance effect as earthing up root and wrapping grass around trunk,installing wind barriers,spraying antifreeze,whiting out the trunk of the tree,and no protective measures.
